Almond Flour Waffles

These waffles made with almond flour are quick and easy to prepare — and so yummy! I always put yogurt and fruit on mine.

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 4 eggs

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  2. Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk eggs, honey, and vanilla together in a separate bowl. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture until smooth.

  3. Spray the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray. Spoon batter onto waffle iron; cook until golden brown and the iron stops steaming, about 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot.
