Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, flaxseed meal, eggs, almond milk, olive oil, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until a smooth dough forms. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 40 minutes. Cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
