Turkey Patties

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • ΒΌ cup fine dry bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Directions

  1. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl until combined. Shape into 4 patties.

  2. Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

  3. Garnish with chopped parsley.
