  • 1 apple, roughly chopped

  • 1 banana, broken into chunks

  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled

  • 1 ¼ cups milk

  • ¼ cup ice, or as desired

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder


Directions

  1. Blend apple, banana, kiwifruit, milk, ice, chia seeds, and maca powder together in a blender until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Replace chia seeds with flax seeds, if desired.
