  • ¾ cup canola oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup finely chopped roasted chestnuts
