Spinach, Sausage, and Egg Casserole
This sausage and egg casserole without bread is always a big hit. I created it after my boyfriend described an egg casserole I couldn't find a recipe for. He took this dish with him on a hunting trip, and everyone loved it.

Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of casserole comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
