  • 7 ounces oyster mushrooms, trimmed

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add mushrooms and garlic in an even layer, making sure to not overcrowd.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes undisturbed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
