Salsa Salad

Chunks of avocado, tomato, red and green peppers, and plenty of cilantro give flavor to this refreshing and colorful salad, and jalapeno peppers give it a hint of heat. Dressing is just a simple squeeze of lime juice.

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

Tips

Cook's Note

I control heat of the jalapeno peppers by leaving in membranes and seeds (hotter) or removing the seeds and membranes (milder). I usually end up removing the seeds from 1 pepper and leaving the seeds in the other one.
