Pineapple-Infused Vodka

A vodka pineapple cocktail is refreshing, and so is this pineapple-infused vodka! It will keep for approximately two weeks in the refrigerator after it's strained. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced

  • 1 liter vodka (such as Stolichnaya®)


Directions

  1. Stack pineapple slices in a circle around the edges of a 2-quart wide-mouth glass jar, leaving the center open. Pour vodka into the jar so pineapple is completely covered. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 10 days.

  2. Remove pineapple and strain vodka through a mesh strainer. Pour back into the jar. Seal and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
