  • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche

  • 1 rye crispbread

  • ½ medium nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon honey


Directions

  1. Spread creme fraiche on top of the cracker. Place nectarine slices on top cracker and drizzle with honey.

Cook's Note:

You can use any seasonal fruit you like instead of a nectarine. I like to use Trader Joe's(R) whole grain crispbread crackers for this recipe.
