  • 1 banana, sliced

  • ½ avocado, peeled and sliced

  • ½ cup fresh spinach

  • ½ cup 1% milk

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions

  1. Blend banana, avocado, spinach, milk, ice cubes, honey, and vanilla together in a blender until smooth.

Tips

If you'd like to make the smoothie sweeter, just add more honey than what the original recipe suggests.

Skim milk can be used in place of 1% milk if desired.
